The design process
From the first consultation, through to the final delivery.
This is the process of how it all happens.
Initial Consultation
Together we will discuss your vision, current problems and requirements. We will go through a timeline, quotes, the best way of communicating and each other expectations.
Research
I like to research your local competition, and also relevant industry areas. The style of design you are interested in will be explored, you can also share your own inspiration with me.
Concepts
Based on the brief I create a few concepts covering a broad range so we can begin to narrow down the vision.
Development
I will work in collaboration with you, the client, to refine the design to the final product.
I can source quotes from three printers, and based on the brief, will recommend stocks, finishing applications and organise a proof.
Deliver
If the design does not require printing, your file will usually be supplied as a high resolution PDF. For printing I will follow up with the print company to ensure the delivery meets your deadlines.
